I have no words to adequately convey our sadness on learning of the passing of Ramdas Uncle.  Our hearts are heavy with the news. Many of my fond childhood memories are linked to Viji Aunty and Ramdas Uncle, from cosy weekend sleepovers in Frimley to fun swimming trips to coral reef swimming pool that we would never have experienced if my dad were in charge!  I remember Uncle cooking for us, something I always looked forward to, and the way he was so unconditional in his warmth and affection.   Our families passed many weekends together, practicing for performances and celebrating functions and holidays - just enjoying time together. I always felt at home whenever we came to visit.  When my brother and sister in law were married, the mendhi was held at uncle and aunty’s house - it felt like a home away from home. I will miss you Uncle. 

We are thinking of you and sending our prayers for strength and peace.
